Oh, the products we’ve agonized over for years didn’t do it for you? You must have some pretty high expectations there, partner. But don’t worry…we know it’s you and not us.
Nevertheless, we aim to please and make sure you are made whole(ish):
FORMULA & FLAVOR PROMISE
S*** Happens! Returns, refunds, & exchanges can be made, NO QUESTIONS ASKED 30 days from the delivery date of your order. This policy encompasses the following reasons.
- Not Satisfied with Flavor: It’s okay you didn’t like the flavor because it wasn’t Rainbow Unicorn Sparkle Passionfruity enough.
- Damaged Container or Broken Seal: The container could not contain the awesomeness of our formulas, and it arrived damaged, or the top was pre-maturely popped due to its excitement.
- Not Satisfied with Product: Our formula didn’t satisfy your adrenaline caffeine junkie desires or unrealistic expectations of supplements.
- Any Other Reason: Maybe you don’t like us…to which we say, “Meh.”
If this sounds like you or how your significant other and mom describe you, you’re eligible for a 97.5% refund on your order. We keep the meager 2.5% you don’t get back since we need something for ourselves to compensate us for the massive time suck of filling all this return paperwork and to feed our families.
Your return should be processed 3-5 business days from the date we receive your item.

Here’s the fun part! All you have to do to get US TO PAY YOU is to make a short film of you destroying the product you want to return. Sounds way easier and simpler than returning it, right?
So why not take out some of that repressed teenage angst from all those years ago and clearly show how cool you are by creatively destroying our product? Go ahead. We’ll actually respect you more for doing so.

Returns are available, NO QUESTIONS ASKED 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
All items must be in pristine, like-new, display quality conditions with no fraying, tearing, cracking, or any other -ing condition to be eligible for returns. Since we’re not a massive company (yet), each return will be hand-inspected, and your refund should be processed in 3-5 business days.

Double dipping isn’t allowed at the chip bowl or here. If you ordered from Amazon, please get your return processed there.
Now, if there was an issue with caking or the condition in which you received your product…we encourage you to buy from us as we will probably pour more love into each purchased package than our Amazon overlords.

No price adjustment for sale items. You are only eligible to receive a return or exchange for the same value of the purchased item.
